Axford Senior Marketing is a national Field Marketing Organization that empowers independent insurance and financial professionals. They are seeking an Insurance Agent Recruiter to proactively reach out to agents, support their success, and drive business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Outbound B2B Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to independent insurance agents and agencies nationwide to introduce our services, build relationships, and recruit them to partner with Axford Senior Marketing
Engage and Support Agents: Serve as a primary contact for both prospective and current agents, helping them understand how we support their success
Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with agents to help them increase production and leverage the tools we offer
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, high-performing internal team to meet shared goals
Communicate Effectively: Maintain consistent, clear communication with agents through calls, emails, and follow-ups
Ongoing Learning: Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and marketing strategies
Light Administrative Work: Perform data entry and basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, CRM updates, etc.)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and initiative
Comfortable making high-volume outbound B2B calls daily
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, persuasive, and professional phone presence
Creative and willing to learn and grow in the insurance marketing space
