Guide agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that create value for customers and the business
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Coach teams on agile best practices
Facilitate collaboration, track progress toward sprint goals, and proactively address risks or blockers
Use velocity, burndown charts, and other insights to promote transparency and improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Scrum Master guiding agile teams
Strong communication skills
Servant leadership skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies
Experience in agile coaching
Knowledge of backlog and flow management
Ability to use metrics and reporting tools like velocity and burndown charts
Experience with collaboration tools
