Responsibilities
Design, commission, and troubleshoot BMS systems
Work with controls platforms (e.g. Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar)
Develop and modify control strategies and graphics
Carry out system integration and functional testing
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams on-site
Ensure systems meet performance, safety, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience as a BMS / Controls Engineer
Strong background in commissioning and/or software engineering
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience working on large commercial or industrial projects
Ability to work independently in a contract environment
Eligible to work in the U.S
