The role involves ensuring reliable cash positioning, secure payment execution, and effective cash forecasting while collaborating with various departments to maintain financial integrity across projects.

Implement controls and staff training to prevent fraud
Serve as the primary contact for banks; evaluate proposals, pricing, and technology (treasury portals, APIs, integrated payables); lead implementations and service issue resolution

Maintain treasury policies, cash management procedures, payment authority matrices, and incident playbooks
Produce executive dashboards: liquidity, forecast accuracy, DSO/DPO trends, bank fee analytics, fraud incident stats, and project cash health
Drive automation with ERP/treasury modules and banking integrations to reduce manual touchpoints and errors
Coach AP/AR and project teams on payment timing, and bank portal best practices
Partner with Estimating/Precon on cash implications of contract terms; advise Operations on schedule‑driven cash needs and risk mitigations
