Responsibilities

Perform professional installation of residential and commercial garage doors

Install, test, and program garage door openers and accessories

Conduct safety inspections and adjustments for smooth, reliable operation

Ensure all work meets high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates

Complete all digital paperwork, notes, and photos using a tablet

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction or recommend upgrades

Uphold company standards and represent the brand with pride

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in garage door installation is preferred but not required — for the right person we will consider an apprentice position

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Valid driver's license & clean MVR

Able to lift 75+ lbs, work on ladders, and use hand/power tools safely

Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail

Saturday availability required

All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check

Preferred

Knowledge of sectional, rolling steel, high-speed, or fire doors a plus

Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field software preferred
