New Grad, Entry LevelAgility Partners is seeking a qualified Disaster Recovery Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients in the banking industry. This role supports enterprise-wide resilience initiatives across Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Response & Recovery, and Operational Resilience while partnering with IT teams to ensure technology resilience strategies are effectively managed.

Responsibilities
Drive day‑to‑day interaction with plan coordinators and ensure timely completion of Disaster Recovery initiatives
Follow up on outstanding tasks, maintain program data accuracy, and support governance reviews of strategies and plans
Educate stakeholders on DR processes and provide user support for the Fusion Framework System
Collaborate with Enterprise Resilience Office team members during business disruptions and assist with additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business Operations, Logistics, Emergency Response, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Ability to grow and apply Enterprise Resilience knowledge while helping expand team capabilities
Strong organizational, leadership, and facilitation skills; adaptable to a virtual or cross‑functional team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and comfort working within enterprise software systems
Preferred
Experience or education in operational resilience, emergency management, business continuity, or disaster recovery
Experience working in financial services or another heavily regulated industry
