Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple projects or work streams by developing and communicating project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to project management standards and practices
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders by educating them on product and program requirements, collaborating to assess costs and ROI, securing management approval for resources, and creating effective communication plans
Coordinate and complete job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting business initiatives, setting and tracking goals, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Monitor and report on project progress by tracking budgets, costs, and status, communicating milestones, and escalating changes as needed
Manage content on internal portals to ensure resources are accurate, up-to-date, and engaging
Develop and implement communication plans that detail the level, frequency, and distribution of status updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies, support the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and provide guidance on business processes and practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams
Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong background in administration and coordination
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
Detail-oriented approach to managing tasks, documentation, and project deliverables
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and encourage adaptability and learning
Commitment to upholding company values, ethics, and compliance standards
Preferred
Data analytics and project management systems
Supervisory experience
Masters: Business
Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification
