Responsibilities
Lead structural engineering projects from concept through completion
Develop designs for new construction, repairs, and renovations
Perform forensic investigations and prepare technical reports
Assess existing conditions, establish budgets, and prepare proposals
Review project documents for quality and code compliance
Supervise and mentor engineering staff
Act as a technical advisor to leadership and clients
Qualification
Required
Experience in building/structural engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber construction
Familiarity with applicable building codes and engineering standards
Experience using standard structural engineering software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
ASCE Grade V preferred
Construction or stormwater management experience is a plus
