Responsibilities

Partner with External Wholesalers to identify new opportunities, generate leads, and deepen existing producer relationships within the assigned territory
Educate financial professionals on Global Atlantic’s products, value proposition, and competitive positioning, tailoring conversations to advisor and client needs
Support sales initiatives through conferences, wholesaler meetings, targeted outreach, and customized hypothetical illustrations
Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage daily activity, track performance metrics, maintain accurate records, and support data-driven territory planning
Serve as a consistent, knowledgeable liaison between Global Atlantic and financial professionals, ensuring a high-quality advisor experience
Deliver clear, persuasive, and professional communication customized to each advisor’s business objectives
Consistently meet or exceed defined sales goals and performance expectations

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
1+ years of sales experience (financial services preferred)
PA Life, Accident & Health license and Series 63 required
Ability to obtain Long Term Care Certification within eight (8) weeks of employment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated work ethic, competitiveness, and motivation to succeed
Willingness to learn and develop deep expertise across product lines, features, and benefits

Preferred

Series 7 preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 days if holding a Series 6
