Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field

2-3 years of industry experience in a technical role

Strong technical writing skills are essential

Experience with inspection methodologies, hand tooling, and visual inspections

Ability to work autonomously

Preferred

Knowledge of CMM inspection software or Keyence inspection systems is a plus

Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements and MIL-STD-810 is preferred

Advantageous but not required: Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Technical Writing Certification, or knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

Experience in the field of night vision goggles or precision aiming devices is not required, but a general background in precision manufacturing is preferred
