Business Development Manager - Grocery
The Pickle Juice Company is scaling its presence in the grocery channel and is seeking a Business Development Manager who excels at landing new accounts and driving distribution. This role focuses on prospecting, pitching, and negotiating to secure new grocery accounts while building strong relationships with buyers and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Secure new grocery accounts (regional & national)
Lead buyer presentations, new item sell-ins, and line reviews
Own the new business pipeline from prospecting to onboarding
Work closely with brokers and distributors to accelerate growth
Build strong buyer relationships rooted in credibility and execution
Represent the brand at buyer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Qualification
Required
5+ years of CPG sales or business development experience
Proven track record of winning new grocery accounts
Direct experience selling into grocery retailers
Strong understanding of broker & distributor models
Confident leading buyer conversations and negotiations
Self-starter with a hunter mindset
Preferred
Beverage or functional food experience is a plus
