Territory Sales Manager
AprilAire is an industry leader focused on providing Healthy Air in the home. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support and deliver indoor air quality products to their dealers within a specific territory, primarily through B2B interactions.

Responsibilities
Consulting with AprilAire dealers to position their businesses for success with support from AprilAire's marketing team
Providing tailored product and system solutions to HVAC dealerships
Cold calling and collaborating with customers on their needs
Working collaboratively with AprilAire distribution managers to secure distributor orders with dealers
Developing and leading your own Annual Operating Plan to support your sales goals and plan for your month-to-month activities
Tracking, updating, and reporting metrics on sales progress, activity, and customer accounts in our CRM (Goldmine)
Supporting clients and developing lasting relationships
Using data and your analytical skills to identify and prioritize accounts offering the greatest opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in selling a tangible product
Ability to develop long lasting relationships with customers and provide great customer service
Motivation, flexibility and forward-thinking to thrive with minimal supervision
Ability to grow and manage your territory
Ability to travel within your territory up to 40% (Houston metro area to Corpus Christi)--about 5-8 overnights per month
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
