Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead / Change Management Consultant to fill an open position with one of our clients. This role focuses on leading the people side of transformation for SAP and AI-driven solutions, driving adoption and helping organizations change.

Responsibilities

Leading OCM strategy and execution for SAP GTS and internal AI platform initiatives
Assessing stakeholders and change impacts, and building targeted adoption plans
Partnering with project, learning, technical, and executive teams to drive alignment
Measuring readiness, adoption, and outcomes while capturing lessons learned

Required

Demonstrated experience applying OCM methodologies to complex enterprise projects
Strong ability to work independently and proactively apply insights to evolving needs
Excellent collaboration skills across business, technical, and executive stakeholders
Experience with SAP implementations (especially GTS) and/or AI adoption initiatives
Fluency in U.S. English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Preferred

Prosci Change Management certification
