Geneva Supply is a full-service e-commerce accelerator helping leading CPG brands grow across Amazon and other major marketplaces. They are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Account Manager to manage day-to-day operations and strategy for brand partners on Amazon Seller Central and additional marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management of brand accounts on Amazon Seller Central (required)
Lead strategy across content, advertising, operations, inventory, and catalog health
Analyze performance data (BSR, Buy Box, Search Query, CTR/CVR, TACoS, inventory health, etc.)
Build and execute growth strategies for your assigned brands
Communicate weekly with clients: performance updates, strategy, issues, forecasting
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, PPC/DSP, Logistics, Marketplace Ops)
Manage catalog variations, parent/child structures, listing updates, and merchandising
Troubleshoot issues: suppressed listings, compliance flags, stranded inventory, coupons, promos
Coordinate with Amazon support when needed (brand registry, cases, escalations)
Evaluate competitive landscape and opportunities for growth
Collaborate on launches, SEO content, promotions, A+ content, Brand Stores, and advertising alignment

Required

Own day-to-day management of brand accounts on Amazon Seller Central
2–5+ years managing brands on Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, levers, and performance drivers
Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data (feed issues, BSR trends, share of search, etc.)
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Proficiency with Amazon tools & reports (Brand Analytics, Search Query, Business Reports, etc.)
Solution-oriented mindset — you proactively solve problems before they become problems
