Responsibilities

Overseeing and coordinating all project phases from initiation through deployment

Experience in Agile methodology and Scrum is a must

Experience in implementation of new web application projects from scratch

Ensuring alignment with and achievement of project timelines and deliverables, within budget and with high levels of quality

Facilitating timely and effective communication among stakeholders and team members

Great organizational skills to track the progress of items directly with development teams and resolve any bottlenecks

Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together

Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts and lead teams to solutions

Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation

Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them

Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience
