Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications with a focus on AI/ML functionalities
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into our projects
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability of software solutions
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance
Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices for future reference
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in AI/ML Engineering, including hands on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights
Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
