Remote Customer Service Representative (Training in MD)

Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on delivering world-class service

Required

Fluent in Spanish and English
Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving

Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
Ability to commute to Middle River, MD 21220

Preferred

Previous call center experience
Ability to relocate to Middle River, MD 21220 before starting work
