Responsibilities
Support the Trading group by ensuring the correct entry and update of all purchase and sales orders
Coordinate and support process improvements
Support the functions of the Trading organization
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product knowledge
Maintain working relationships with key contacts in accounts payable, finance, and accounting with internal and external customers
Communicate effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and all levels of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, contracts management, administrative support or a similar role
Solid order entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and respond to employees and customers with respect and consideration
Demonstrate positive, professional behavior toward your work, colleagues, and management
Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork and maintaining effective communication
Ability to prioritize tasks to achieve the highest productivity while maintaining work quality
Ability to work in a loud environment
Knowledge of Microsoft-based products and highly proficient in MS Excel
Preferred
Minimum of 1 year of Inside Sales or related experience in a high volume operation preferred
Experience working in Adobe and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
