Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and private equity sponsors to define, communicate, and execute the company’s financial and strategic growth plan
Lead the annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and scenario modeling processes to support data-driven decision-making
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to measure financial and operational performance
Collaborate across operations, HR, technology, and marketing to align priorities with financial and strategic goals
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation strategies to ensure fiscal discipline and sustainable growth
Enhance financial systems, reporting, and analytical capabilities to scale with the company’s growth
Support diligence, valuation, and integration for acquisitions and other strategic growth initiatives
Prepare and deliver financial analyses, board materials, and investor presentations that communicate performance and growth initiatives effectively
Qualification
Required
6+ years of progressive finance experience, including experience in FP&A, corporate development, or strategic finance roles
Proven track record leading financial strategy, building models, and influencing executive decisions
Deep understanding of performance measurement, forecasting, and capital management in a growth environment
Excellent communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Preferred
Experience working in or closely with private equity–backed companies
Background in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
MBA helpful
