Responsibilities
Execute and control daily on-site accounting transactions and documentation flow
Enforce PO, receiving, invoice coding, and approval discipline
Coordinate CAPEX setup, tracking, and documentation in alignment with Corporate Finance
Perform internal control reviews and internal-audit-style checks to ensure completeness and accuracy
Serve as the primary finance point-of-contact for site operations
Ensure cloud-based accounting and operational systems accurately reflect site activity
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience in accounting, AP, or operational accounting roles
Strong execution mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working in cloud-based accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks, Cin7, NetSuite, or similar)
Comfortable enforcing process discipline in a plant or site-based environment
Strong organizational skills and follow-through
Accounting degree or meaningful accounting coursework/credentials
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, food & beverage, or production environments
Exposure to PO workflows, inventory documentation, and/or CAPEX coordination
Interest in growing into broader accounting responsibility over time
