Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical programs related to thermal, HVAC, and climate control systems
Act as a Product Owner / Feature Owner, driving requirements, milestones, and delivery
Coordinate across cross-functional teams including hardware, software, validation, and systems engineering
Manage program schedules, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
Oversee validation activities across vehicle subsystems and components
Track progress and communicate status clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Utilize project and issue management tools to ensure transparency and execution excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
8+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle development
Strong knowledge of the vehicle development lifecycle, including hardware and software validation
Experience with thermal systems, HVAC, climate control, or vehicle comfort systems
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred
Experience working in fast-paced automotive or mobility environments
Prior experience as a Technical PM, Product Owner, or Feature Owner
