Interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups are owned end to end and executed with urgency
Candidates move quickly

Our ATS and recruiting systems are clean, current, and reliable at all times
Pipelines are accurate

Recruiters and founders never need to step in to fix process gaps or clean up systems
Candidates always know where they stand
Communication is clear, timely, and human
As interview volume increases, experience quality stays high instead of degrading under load
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in people operations at a Series A–C startup, Agency recruiting, or Consulting
Proven ability to manage heavy interview loads and operational complexity
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and biased toward action
