$75K/yr - $85K/yrThe French Workshop is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team. This role involves overseeing training programs at the Bayside training center and executing training materials across multiple bakery locations.

Responsibilities
Oversee and lead training programs at our Bayside training center
Execute training materials and programs consistently across all five bakery locations
Conduct and manage training plans tailored to each store’s specific needs
Train team members in hospitality best practices and upselling strategies
Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions that align with brand values and service standards
Observe and coach employees on-site to ensure consistent skill application and service excellence
Foster a positive, growth-focused learning environment in both store and classroom settings
Collaborate with store leaders and senior management to continuously improve training initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Confident and experienced in leading training sessions and developing others
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Willingness to travel regularly between all five bakery locations (Queens- Long Island)
Proactive, reliable, and passionate about creating strong, service-oriented teams
Preferred
Previous experience in training, hospitality, or retail food service preferred
