Responsibilities
Analyze and consolidate risk‑adjustment portfolio data, including project metrics, financial indicators, risk scores, provider engagement trends, and chart review outcomes
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics packages for leadership review
Collaborate with program and portfolio leaders to define KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting standards
Lead and contribute to workgroups focused on enhancing portfolio governance and reporting processes
Research leading industry practices and support the development of improved portfolio management frameworks
Support additional departmental initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of project or program management experience
Strong analytical background, including BI tools and data science concepts
Experience leading or coordinating team activities
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Preferred
PfMP, CAPM, PMP, CGEIT, CISA, or a Data Science–related certification
