Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization aligned to business goals
Create, maintain, and sequence backlog items to maximize customer and business value
Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions
Act as the primary point of contact for the development team to clarify requirements and remove blockers
Review completed work against acceptance criteria and approve final acceptance
Communicate release status, progress, and priority changes to stakeholders
Partner with Product Managers on mid and long term roadmap planning
Identify and implement improvements to the feature development process

Required

3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Strong experience leading Agile ceremonies including grooming, planning, and reviews
Ability to break high level ideas and customer feedback into actionable user stories
Experience using prioritization frameworks such as RICE
Technical aptitude with system architecture, APIs, GNSS, and complex product constraints
Hands on experience with Jira, Aha!, or similar tools
Experience working in joint venture or multi company environments with competing priorities
Understanding of Agriculture or Construction workflows and market cycles
