Responsibilities
Perform daily costing of production parts across U.S., Canada, and Mexico facilities
Support financial month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, generating reports, and completing deliverables
Build and maintain databases and tools in Microsoft Access and Excel to improve process efficiency and data accuracy
Collect and analyze data from North American sites
Document processes thoroughly and contribute to process improvement and training materials
Complete semester-long project(s) aligned with departmental needs
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt within a dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating presentations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various levels of the organization
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
