Responsibilities
Build prompt-driven, single‑agent AI workflows tailored to specific business processes
Integrate AI models into operational systems, including transaction workflows, knowledge management, and internal service platforms
Architect and support multi‑agent orchestration for advanced Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Develop, maintain, and document API microservices that deliver AI functions such as entity extraction or classification
Assist in preparing datasets for ongoing model refinement and optimization
Work with domain experts to improve model reliability, reduce hallucinations, and maintain compliance with organizational standards
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience developing AI agents or agentic workflows
Strong knowledge of LLM prompt design, vector embeddings, and RAG fundamentals
Proficiency in building and deploying microservices within distributed systems
Experience working with LLM-driven applications or AI agent frameworks
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications are beneficial
3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, microservices architecture, or enterprise integration
