Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, configuration, and customization of FIS MACESS workflow modules and document management solutions
Design and implement robust integrations (APIs, Web Services, Middleware) between MACESS and core enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, or Claims Processing systems)
Develop and refine complex workflow rules, triggers, and automated document indexing protocols to improve operational efficiency. Use Artificial Intelligent to improve current processes
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers specifically for MACESS data structures and reporting
Lead technical assessments for FIS MACESS version upgrades, patches, and data migration projects
Act as Level 3 support for critical system issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes
Qualification
Required
Strong experience on the FIS Macess platform
VBScript background
Act as a technical SME and provide Level-3 support
Lead the architecture, configuration, and customization of FIS MACESS workflow modules and document management solutions
Design and implement robust integrations (APIs, Web Services, Middleware) between MACESS and core enterprise systems
Develop and refine complex workflow rules, triggers, and automated document indexing protocols
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers specifically for MACESS data structures and reporting
Lead technical assessments for FIS MACESS version upgrades, patches, and data migration projects
Act as Level 3 support for critical system issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes
Experience with FIS MACESS System (Design, Workflow, Imaging, and System Administration)
Proficiency in VBScript, C# / .NET or Java
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server
Experience with SOAP/RESTful APIs and XML/JSON data structures
Strong PowerShell, VBScript, or Python scripting skills for task automation
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of total software development experience
Preferred
Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry
