Responsibilities
Provides general clerical operational support such as preparing routine correspondence, documents, meeting agendas, and reports
Processes incoming and outgoing mail for department
Answers telephone, refers calls, and takes messages for department staff, and greets visitors
Maintains correspondence, meeting agendas, reports, and related files for the department
Schedules leadership and staff travel arrangements, meetings, and maintains department calendar
Assists department leadership and staff with data entry, such as program information and policies
Maintains office supplies and orders as needed for department
Performs other duties as may be required or assigned
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma
