Responsibilities

Perform studio production tasks including setup and operation of camera, lighting, audio, and teleprompter equipment

Assist with directing on-camera talent and recording voiceovers when required

Produce and edit video, motion graphics, animations, and multimedia assets

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop storyboards, animations, and visual concepts

Edit and assemble raw footage, screen recordings, graphics, and audio into final publish-ready assets

Ensure adherence to video production standards, templates, style guides, and quality guidelines

Deliver videos with proper pacing, storytelling, and alignment to learning objectives

Manage multiple projects and same-day edits under tight deadlines

Required

Bachelor's degree or certification in Film, Video Production, Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

3+ years experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Producer, or Motion Designer

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop

Experience with motion design, color grading, and chroma keying

Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting, and microphones

Experience creating training, education, or tutorial videos

Strong understanding of storytelling, animation principles, pacing, and timing

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
