Responsibilities
You will run marketing and other member-facing projects from conception to delivery across multiple channels
You will use data and experimentation to identify opportunities to engage with members, develop hypotheses, and determine segmentation and targeting strategies
You will work cross-functionally with other teams like Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling members experiences
You will analyze campaign performance quantitatively, derive insights, and develop data-backed strategies to promote further growth and improve member experiences
You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), build basic analyses or dashboards, and communicate insights to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in a technical or business discipline
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations
You can build relationships with your team using soft skills (communication verbal and written)
You can build relationships with senior-level leaders and daily contacts alike
Experience with digital marketing, email marketing and content creation
You have to work on your own and thoughtfully develop and also implement recommended approaches to complex problems
Enthusiastic personality
Preferred
Internship in a B2C marketing role
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science
Familiar with SQL / other programming languages
Intermediate Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) functionality
Dynamic personality emphasizing towards solving and creating solutions for complex problems
