Responsibilities
Write high-level functional requirement documents
Perform business requirements analysis, conduct gap analysis, and develop detailed functional requirements
Execute full SDLC including requirements gathering, and writing functional/technical specifications for complex projects
Develop functional design documents and coordinate stakeholder reviews/approvals
Create user stories and task breakdowns for Agile development projects
Develop prototypes and mockups for user review
Create flowcharts, screen layouts, and documentation ensuring logical system flow
Support and lead work on large Agile projects
Develop test plans, test cases, and test reports including metrics; coordinate with business users
Assist with EASA, hosting documentation, and firewall rule requests
Support design and documentation of IT solutions following State of Michigan standards
Draft Local Change Board documents
Develop training content and user manuals
Implement test plans for applications or subsystems
Prepare and execute test data; validate program logic
Support UAT, test cases, and post-implementation testing
Differentiate between defects and new requirements
Provide defect tracking log entries
Support implementation of application and infrastructure changes (RFCs)
Maintain/update system documentation following upgrades
Monitor applications during peak production times
Assist users through calls, discussions, and functional testing
Qualification
Required
8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems
8+ years developing functional requirements for development projects
8+ years developing and implementing test plans and test cases
5+ years implementing Agile processes including test-driven development
8+ years creating, updating, and maintaining systems documentation
8+ years developing training plans and materials
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirements/test case tracking tools
Experience working with HIPAA Data
Experience developing prototypes, mockups, and documentation supporting logical system flow
Experience supporting large Agile project teams
