Becker Pumps - Early Career Opportunity
Becker Americas is partnering with Brickpath Group to offer an entry-level opportunity supporting the executive leadership team. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing data, and assisting with various operational tasks to ensure smooth business functions.
Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and validate data to support executive decision-making
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries using data from Excel, PowerPoint, Becker ERP systems and Microsoft Business Central
Help consolidate recurring reports and ensure data is accurate, organized, and decision-ready
Coordinate meetings for the executive leadership team, including scheduling logistics, preparing agendas, organizing materials, and ensuring participants are prepared
Track meeting notes, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to support accountability and execution
Assist with initiatives related to Becker Americas’ strategic plan, including coordination with Becker Germany
Maintain awareness of key leadership priorities to help ensure meetings and initiatives stay on track
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and registrations
Process expense reports, receipts, reimbursements
Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process
Support new hire onboarding activities, including coordinating paperwork, background checks, and first-day logistics
Assist with benefits open enrollment activities by preparing communications, tracking elections, and coordinating with benefit carriers
Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and shared resources as needed
Coordinate logistics and hospitality for customers and guests visiting Becker facilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Support meeting logistics, including conference rooms, technology setup, video links, and materials
Assist with employee engagement activities such as recognition events, celebrations, and internal initiatives
Organize workplace employee engagement activities such as holiday celebrations and recognition events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant internship, co-op, or early-career experience welcomed
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to learn ERP and business systems
Comfort using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and organization
Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and follow through reliably
