Responsibilities

Manage and process affiliate invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Communicate with affiliates to request and review invoices for completeness
Resolve discrepancies and payment issues in collaboration with internal finance teams
Maintain organized financial records and track affiliate payments
Generate reports on invoice status and payment flow for management
Assist in month-end closing activities related to affiliate invoicing

Qualification

Required

Prior experience in accounts payable, invoicing, or finance-related roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage numerical data

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
