Responsibilities

Lead plumbing design (domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas, specialty systems) from concept through construction
Manage plumbing-led scopes, schedules, budgets, and client coordination
Prepare calculations, equipment selections, and construction documents compliant with codes (UPC/IPC)
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and architectural teams
Support mechanical (HVAC) coordination/design as needed
Participate in BIM/Revit workflows, site visits, RFIs, and construction administration
Mentor junior staff and support QA/QC and proposal efforts

Qualification

Plumbing design experiencePlumbing codesProficient in AutoCADProficient in RevitCPD certificationPE certificationOrganizedClient-focusedCollaborative

Required

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
CPD required (or in progress); PE preferred or on path
5–7+ years of plumbing design experience in an MEP consulting environment
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and systems
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Collaborative, organized, and client-focused
