Responsibilities
Maintain the master budget tracker by period
Support period-end and quarter-end lockdown and reporting activities
Execute the per-period technology billing process under Thomas’ oversight
Transition the Tech Fees list from OneSource to MTB for improved access and visibility for FZs and TB team
Partner with D&T Budget Owners to support annual R&D tax credit documentation (Q1–Q2)
Create and maintain a centralized Confluence list of TB-owned platforms, YUM platforms, and third-party platforms, including definitions and POCs/TB Owners for each
Develop a consolidated list of collaboration, product development, PS & monitoring tools, including purpose and budget location
Support me in establish a standardized process and repository for tracking AA funding requests, status updates, and final funding decisions
Qualification
Required
Must be local to Irvine
Experience in financial planning and budget management
Ability to maintain a master budget tracker
Support period-end and quarter-end lockdown and reporting activities
Experience in executing technology billing processes
Ability to transition Tech Fees list for improved access and visibility
Experience in R&D tax credit reporting
Ability to partner with budget owners for documentation
Experience in creating and maintaining centralized lists of platforms
Ability to develop consolidated lists of collaboration and monitoring tools
Experience in ongoing portfolio management and prioritization
Ability to establish standardized processes for tracking funding requests
Preferred
Experience as a financial analyst
Familiarity with core expense management functions
