Responsibilities
Manage and process payroll for employees working with USD and CAN currencies
Utilize Workforce Now and Empower platforms to ensure precise payroll and 401k processing
Handle state taxing, unemployment, and payroll tax compliance across multiple states
Participate in ADP Year End processing, including 401k catch-up contributions
Conduct eTime auditing related to workers’ compensation, DOL, and unemployment reports
Qualification
Required
Experience working with USD and CAN currency
Workforce Now experience
Experience using Empower (401k platform)
Strong understanding of state taxing (unemployment and payroll taxes)
Experience with ADP Year End processing and eTime auditing
