Regional Sales Manager
REC Boat Holdings, LLC is a global leader in recreational boating, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Four Winns. This role is responsible for overseeing wholesale boat sales, dealer development, and territory performance, while driving strategic growth and supporting dealer operations to maximize retail sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
Achieve regional wholesale and retail sales objectives for the Four Winns product line
Introduce, implement, and follow up on sales strategies throughout the dealer organization
Monitor market share and ensure Four Winns remains competitive and well‑positioned in key markets
Oversee and support the performance of existing dealerships within the region
Identify, evaluate, and recommend new dealer appointments in alignment with the brand’s distribution strategy
Ensure dealers maintain adequate inventory levels to meet market demand
Assist dealers with inventory management, merchandising, sales promotions, and marketing initiatives that align with the Four Winns brand identity
Provide on‑site support at dealer events, retail shows, and boat shows
Train, motivate, and coach dealer sales teams to increase retail performance
Maintain strong communication with dealers to understand needs, resolve concerns, and reinforce the Four Winns customer experience
Ensure all dealer advertising, showroom presentation, and promotional activities align with Four Winns’ premium brand image
Stay informed on competitive brands, pricing, product offerings, and market trends
Prepare sales forecasts, reporting summaries, and territory performance updates consistently and accurately
Coordinate order tracking, changes, logistics, and shipping details with internal teams
Maintain contact with new owners to ensure satisfaction and resolve product or dealer‑related concerns
Serve as a communication bridge between the dealer network and internal departments including Marketing, Customer Service, Warranty, and Product Development
Operate within established budgetary guidelines
Complete all required reporting and administrative tasks on time
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the Four Winns brand and organization
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of dealer sales management or distribution experience within the marine, powersports, outdoor recreation, or related industries
Strong understanding of premium recreational boat markets, customer expectations, and dealer operations
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and adapt quickly in the field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment
This role requires 40–50% travel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Proficient boating knowledge; hands-on boating skills strongly preferred
Remote work allowed; North Eastern located highly preferred
