Responsibilities
Analyze the CWIS functionality to develop and deliver classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses to support system implementation
Work closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, as well as the Development Team and other subject matter experts to understand requirements
Design training and develop course materials
Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts
Maintain/revise training materials for instructional training of adult learners
Provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees who oversee and administer Child Welfare programs in the CWIS
Qualification
Required
Analyze CWIS functionality to develop and deliver classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses
Work closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, Development Team, and other subject matter experts
Understand requirements to design training and develop course materials
Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts

Statewide travel up to 30% of the time is required
Travel may include some evenings and weekend days
Benefits
Travel expenses are reimbursed using the state’s protocol for submitting expenses after travel.
Per diem is paid directly to the contractor and most hotel expenses are direct billed through the state.
