Responsibilities
Audit and report inventory while making recommendations to management on which items to order and restock
Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient day-to-day operation
Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees performance
Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner Review and ensure Accurate Bill of Ladings
Receiving shipments accurately & report any Discrepancies Manage warehouse staff timesheets & coordinate scheduling of time off based on Company needs
Scheduling inbound shipments & containers to maximize time & efficiency
Manage internal Facilities maintenance for routine maintenance
Manage 3rd Party Facilities Vendors for both routine and ad hoc maintenance (scheduling, contracts, bids, etc.)
Qualification
Required

Exceptional time management, organization skills & ability to delegate tasks to warehouse staff
In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications
Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Must be able to adapt to extreme weather conditions
