Responsibilities
Integrate and commission Ericsson RAN equipment including E // Basebands (BB5216, BB6630, BB6648, BB6610) and related RAN equipment (RRU8843, RRU8863, RRU4449 and Street Macro 6701/6705, AIR 6419, LPRU, SAU, XMU)
Perform hardware/BBU swaps, license installations, software upgrades, and configuration updates remotely
Execute call testing, NTP configuration, and site acceptance testing (SAT) for LTE/5G nodes
Analyse alarms, KPIs, and logs to troubleshoot integration and performance issues
Coordinate with field teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate integration
Prepare and maintain integration reports, configuration logs, and completion documents
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in wireless Ericsson Remote RAN integration and commissioning for U.S. telecom networks
Proven hands-on experience in Verizon Wireless RAN integrations and related workflows
Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN technologies and Ericsson hardware (BBU, RRU, AAU, Microwave)
Proficient in Ericsson tools such as ENM, CLI, SHM, and SecureCRT
Familiar with onsite Ix activities, E2E physical connections, site survey reports, KPIs, integration checklists, and design/power layout interpretation
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and flexible with project schedules
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
Preferred
Ericsson OEM certification or equivalent experience preferred
