Client Relations Specialist

The PAR Group is a company focused on enhancing client relations and driving sales. They are seeking a Client Relations Specialist responsible for forming relationships with existing accounts, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining CRM databases while actively pursuing new clientele.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and increase revenue by acquiring prospective clientele across all service departments through scheduled on-site visits and targeted outreach
Boost sales growth by increasing the submission and approval rate of service estimates
Conduct proactive calls and meetings with existing and potential clients to understand and address their service needs
Prepare and present professional presentations promoting the company's services and value propositions
Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing all client communications and issues from initial contact through project completion
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with current clientele, proactively identifying and anticipating future needs
Spot opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional company services
Ensure the seamless, timely, and accurate transfer of project information across all internal stakeholders
Maintain the highest level of accuracy for all current and historical client data within the Salesforce CRM database
Proactively manage the follow-up process for all pending, overdue, and unawarded estimates associated with new business or strategic targets
Contribute to improved organizational efficiency by identifying and providing solutions to streamline customer-facing communication processes
Provide valuable feedback to internal teams based on client insights to drive continuous improvement

Required

Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional work experience will be considered
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to professionalism in all client interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and experience managing data within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is mandatory
Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
Must possess excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities

Preferred

Relevant experience within the construction, mechanical, or trade industries (Plumbing/HVAC)
