Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery across creative, marketing, and operational workstreams
Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure consistent execution
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce friction
Use tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to support planning, documentation, and delivery where it adds value
Create and maintain clear project documentation, briefs, and timelines
Partner closely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to keep work aligned and moving
Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery

Required

5+ years of project or program management experience in agency, in-house, or consulting environments
Strong experience managing creative and marketing projects
Demonstrated ability to improve workflows and team efficiency

Clear communicator who can manage competing priorities and stakeholders
Ability to balance speed, quality, and accountability

Preferred

Experience working in hybrid or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with creative, marketing, or content production lifecycles
Exposure to AI tools used for documentation, summarization, or process support
