Responsibilities
Lead development, validation, and automation of Windows/Surface release builds using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for scalable enterprise deployments
Provide L3 engineering support for complex Intune, Autopilot, and Windows OS issues, partnering with operations teams for rapid resolution
Design and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge bases, and self-service resources to reduce support overhead
Manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, Defender settings, firewall rules, and MDM controls
Customize and maintain Windows OS images, branding, provisioning workflows, and Azure AD integrations across the device lifecycle
Package and deploy enterprise applications using PowerShell and PSADT with version control, automation, and rollback support
Implement patching, vulnerability remediation, certificate-based authentication (SCEP/NDES), and endpoint security best practices
Drive automation, monitoring, performance optimization, testing, and mentoring to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience
