Responsibilities

Develop and lead global marketing strategy aligned with corporate and commercial objectives
Build, position, and manage the company’s global brand and value proposition
Oversee global marketing functions, including brand, digital marketing, demand generation, communications, and content
Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all markets
Partner with regional marketing leaders to support localized go-to-market strategies
Drive data-driven marketing, customer insights, and marketing ROI measurement
Lead global product marketing, launches, and lifecycle management in coordination with product and sales teams
Manage global marketing budgets, resources, and agency relationships
Monitor global market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Build and develop high-performing global marketing teams

Required

Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling, and executive communication skills

Preferred

Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., technology, consumer goods, industrial, healthcare]
Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization
Experience leading global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
