Responsibilities
Maintain and support various campus switch sites by configuring VLANs, optimizing port assignments, and monitoring overall network performance
Construct and manage user accounts within the Microsoft platform (Active Directory / Azure AD), including permissions, licenses, and group memberships
Serve as a secondary point of contact for vendor relations and coordination
Oversee phone system deployment by configuring phone sets, assigning extensions, managing various phone settings, and ensuring firmware/software of phone hardware is up to date
Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to address and resolve campus-wide technical issues
Assume full responsibilities of the Technology Support Specialist when needed, including hands-on technical support, scheduling, and coordination of tasks
Update and create documentation within the internal knowledge base and ensure proper inventory management as devices are deployed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent
Driver's license
3 Years of relevant experience
Windows Server experience
Preferred
