Responsibilities
Review and enhance existing MVC and Power Apps–based systems
Develop new features and system improvements
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize .NET applications and SQL databases
Create, deploy, and migrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and joins
Support and administer SQL databases (SSIS, SSRS, performance tuning)
Utilize Azure DevOps (Azure Repos, Git branching strategies, pull requests, Azure Boards)
Participate in testing, simulations, documentation, and user training
Collaborate with IT leadership to propose technical solutions and improvements
Support system operations during emergency activations when required
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, .NET (including VB.NET)
7+ years writing and debugging complex SQL queries
Strong experience with MS SQL Server (2012–2019), SSMS, SSIS, SSRS
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Git workflows) – 4+ years
Experience creating and maintaining databases, data models, and architecture
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Candidates with an active Federal Secret Clearance will be prioritized
Preferred
5+ years experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience in a government IT environment (4+ years)
Client-facing consulting experience with mid to senior leadership
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
