Responsibilities

Actively triaging a wide gamut of tests for Siri
Drill into the details of system logging to attribute failures
Engage deeply with cross-functional partners to follow through on results
Drive all of the quality work you're doing
Be a strong advocate for quality in the overall software development process

Required

Minimum 3 years of industry experience triaging and diagnosing software issues
Ability to proactively triage, investigate, and debug difficult technical and UX problems independently as well as collaboratively
Capacity to drive test triage products, methodologies, and processes
Strong programming skills with Python and Shell scripting languages
Proficiency with software revision control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD systems (e.g. Jenkins)
Highly organized with strong planning skills to estimate, update, and communicate progress
BA/BS in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent experience in related field

Preferred

Programming experience with Swift, Objective-C, and/or C/C++
Analytical and reporting experience with test and bug triage results helping to drive internal or product decisions
Knowledge of the Apple development and build ecosystem using Xcode
Experience with or knowledge of Machine Learned (ML) systems and associated qualification approaches
