Qualification
Required
Experience in business analysis or related roles
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional documentation
Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
Familiarity with Agile or SDLC methodologies
Preferred
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools
Domain experience (finance, insurance, healthcare, or IT systems)
