Responsibilities
Manage and grow key fundraising programs including employee giving, memorial and tribute giving, appeals, and monthly giving
Lead donor recruitment, coaching, and stewardship for our Walk for Hospice and other signature or partnership events
Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, funeral homes, and community partners
Manage and steward a portfolio of donors giving $1,000–$9,999 annually, with a focus on retention and upgrades
Design and implement a comprehensive monthly giving strategy, from acquisition through long-term stewardship
Partner closely with Philanthropy Operations to ensure smooth execution, accurate reporting, and excellent donor experiences
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development
Demonstrated success managing events, appeals, and donor programs
Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with diverse audiences
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with donor databases and CRM systems
